One day, you have a power that not even Hollywood directors could dream up. You're living a life that is as normal as you can make it with that fancy trick up your sleeves, the government on your tail and every day in a life or death situation.
You have friends in the same position and enemies lurking around every corner. You've started to build a life that is bearable and everything seems to be going smoothly.
And then, one morning during the summer of 2009, you wake up and you don't remember anything to do with these special powers. Your life is still intact but anything to do with your augmentation, or to do with the enemies that are out to get you, is completely wiped from your memory.
Where does this leave you? The war is still waging, but it's players are down for the count.
